Discounted on block bookings over 10 sessions. Get in contact to discuss what it is you're trying to achieve so we can tailor a package to suit you.
Via online platforms, for example, Zoom, Facebook Live etc. we can tailor your one-to-one coaching experience. Alternatively, you will receive FULL workout clips that will range from 20-40 minutes long. These are tutorials guiding you through the full duration which we will do together. You could easily use the following - rucksack, bricks, water bottles, chairs, or any other objects you can hold.
So I've done a few training programs with Richard and found the PT program totally different to the 8 week accountability. I do think you would have to have some knowledge around nutrition or have completed the 8weeks before trying the new programme if you want the best outcome. There is no room for learning about nutrition it's got to be right from week 1.
Great to have him involved to deliver vital muscle building tips and techniques. Having competed in Physique competitions he's experienced training and diet at another level. Hugh Spencer - I have always had a passion for sport and fitness. I use the knowledge of the human body I have gained through my studies (Sport and Exercise Science BSc and Strength + Conditioning MSc) to shape the way I coach.

I’ve been coming to Fusion for 4 years. The people who work out at FF make it. Everyone is so lovely and supportive of one another. The PTs are very knowledgeable and will support you to reach your goals. I find the classes fun, challenging. I’ve accessed 1-2-1 PT and 8 week plans where I have learnt about nutrition and how to get the best out of fitness. I think FF is true value for money and I’ve never looked or felt healthier.

Amazing variety of training sessions, exercises and two free classes a month. Group PT at its very finest. Rich is incredibly knowledgable and always offers alternatives or variations to accommodate injuries or different fitness levels. I’m 45 now and can honestly say the only time I felt stronger and fitter was in my teens! Would recommend to anyone - try the 3 taster sessions for £10 and see what you think 🙌

I have been coming to Fusion Fitness since 2018 and achieved fitness results I never thought possible. Richard and the other trainers are dedicated and knowledgeable. Group PT sessions are top quality and good value for money. Each session is fun, challenging and tailored to what we can do with a good focus on technique. We work hard, we have a good laugh and we see results. I started with the taster sessions and I never looked back.

Been a member since May, absolutely love every session, Richard always makes sure you are working at your full potential. Gives alternatives for any injuries and everyone has felt very welcoming from day 1. My favorite thing about FF is getting a different session every time so I don't get bored with a set class/routine! Also highly recommend the taster 3 for £10 offer, that's what got me started!
