Spent more time trying to make extra work and did not complete the works that the car went in for. Also I had to take the car back twice, firstly to question their work as they swapped the wrong parts and then as they had put too much oil in the car causing a warning light to come on.
Would not use this garage again, hopefully my regular mechanic returns from his travels soon so I can get a proper job from a professional company instead of this shambles!!!

Trustworthy, reliable and honest. I keep coming back here because there's never been even a hint of 'finding' an extra problem with the car for the sake of more money. They also collect and deliver my car (I'm local) which is a big help as it means I don't have to bring my toddler along to an MoT!

I found this garage after having problems with my car, the job was done to a ‘ok’ standard but If you want to be treated with no respect and take abuse from the old gentlemen who thinks he is the top dog then you’d like it here, if not I suggest you find somewhere else that actually takes care and attention in their work and doesn’t belittle you.

These guys were great. All staff were friendly, cheerful and professional. They carried out our MOT and the required repairs quickly and to a high standard. They also kept us well informed throughout the process. Finally, when I thought there was a problem with the front wheel after I'd collected the car, they went the extra mile by seeing us straight away. There was no problem so they didn't charge us for their time. Wonderful.

I can't speak highly enough of paddock wood autos, we had our car at fords for a service, we got a phone call from them advising us our bonnet would not open, they then informed us it would cost up to £1000 to open and repair the fault. They said it could take 4-5 hours labour plus gave me a list of things that they may have to break to gain access. After breaking in to a cold sweat, and then being incredibly angry we called paddock wood autos and explained the problem, and told them what had been quoted. Compared to main dealer that company vehicles go to, always found P. Wood Autos very good and when your vehicle is in for service, it's done properly. Also had MOT done here recently and service prompt and on time. More than happy.
