Fired Earth began back in 1983 selling Terracotta floor tiles, a product that customers were soon keen to use in their homes in order to bring a little Spanish style to kitchens, hallways and conservatories. Demand for other stylish tiles grew and so wall tiles were added alongside stones and slates.

By the mid 1990's the business had grown from its farm beginnings in Oxfordshire to 15 showrooms across the country. Our first large London showroom, at 117-119 Fulham Road, opened in 1996 and is still proudly trading today, albeit joined by 13 other London showrooms since. Along the way we added Paint and Bathrooms to our collections.

Informed by chic Long Island cottages and New York City apartments, tiles from the East Hampton collection are refreshingly cool on a warm day and, with the addition of underfloor heating, delightfully warming when it's chilly outside. Beautiful, elegant, cool grey-veined white marble. A hard wearing, very dense and durable stone.
We want you to get the most out of your project, so why not let our designers help you create your perfect interior. Planning a project can be hugely exciting and working with an expert can make it so much easier to achieve your dream space.

The best thing about working with a member of our design team is that they'll be able to share with you all sorts of ideas you might not have considered, help you maximise the space you have to work with and make it the best in can be.Essentially, they can help you plan and decorate a room that's perfect for you.
Simply follow the step-by-step guide below - and you will need a notepad, pencil, ruler and measuring tape. Tiles can be fixed to most floors. The surface must be properly prepared, suitably level, sound, clean, dry, and free of dust, grease or any loose material. Tiles can be fixed to most walls.

Very helpful staff but they didn't have the coloured tiles I was looking for which was a shame.
