I'm genuinely so glad I went to York and Young for my bathrooms. I was really struggling to put everything together and Paul, Kevin and Rebecca made it so easy. They are so knowledgable, helpful, offer great discounts on RRP... I could never have done it without them. Its all too easy to over look long established independent local businesses when there is so much clamouring for attention but you'll save yourself time and trouble by walking into the showroom. thank you so much guys. I'll be recommending you to everyone.

Dealing with York & Young has been an absolute pleasure. Kevin, was extremely helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. When I walked into the showroom, I realised they were busy as both staff were on the phones talking to customers. However, I was seen to with respect and my matters were quickly dealth with. I was not pressurised at all to buy and Kevin spent all the time that I needed even though there was another customer waiting to be seen. All display items had prices, details and available discounts shown, something not available in another independent showroom I visited in Speke on the day

After Dealing with All the Staff , Both in the Showroom and Trade Counter ,It is Refreshing to meet a team of Knowledgeable , and ever ready to assist in any Queries . I have found the Quality of Shower Room Sanitary recently Purchased to be of the Highest Standard . The Showroom Staff offered various design suggestions , [ for an awkward Shower Room Configuration ] and came up with exactly the perfect Collection . I would Highly Recommend All the Staff at YORK and YOUNG . First Class in every way .
