Part of the recent multi-million pound investment program has seen the installation of a state-of-the-art BHS corrugator to produce the highest quality cardboard to feed our four high speed computer set production lines that can manufacture over 50,000 plain and printed boxes an hour. Strict manufacturing procedures ensure a consistent level of quality and we have achieved the British Retail Consortium award standard for food packaging.
As part of our free design service one of our experienced sales team will initially look at every aspect of your packing line, distribution, logistics and end user requirements. This will ensure we can advise on the most appropriate design for packing and protecting your products. Once the design is finalised we will produce a sample box in the material quoted on our computerised cutting table.
