Bywaters always keeping up with the environmental and sustainability initiatives and implementing into our building to support our goal to become greener. We were looking for a recycling partner to process the household Dry Mixed Recyclable (DMR) waste produced by Thurrock Council residents.

Bywaters started life long before being incorporated as a limited company in 1952. It all started at the end of the First World War with one man operating from a horse and cart in North London.

Diana ultimately insulted my intelligence by repeating the lines “I understand sir but you did not get charged for yesterday collection” which is an open book of events that anyone can clearly see. You obviously are not going to charge us for a collection that was not made, instead you are going to charge us an EXCESS charge for the excess weight which would not have been piled up if ByWaters collected on the agreed days.
From where we stand this approach your taking is most certainly unacceptable and unethical. You fail to collect the waste on the agreed dates, which naturally has an overload

The recycling collection carried out by you for the commercial unit on the postcode I live in (N1 1TY) starts every Wednesday around ~7.15 AM and lasts up to an *hour*, at times. While this is your job and I appreciate you might be doing it all professionally, the collection is VERY loud with trolleys bringing recycling items back and forth for at least half an hour, sometimes an hour. As you might also appreciate, this makes it impossible for anyone whose flat is facing your huge truck, to sleep or to go back to sleep. If it was just 5-10 minutes, that would of course be fine. Dreadful company, unfair contract terms - they claim their 12 month contract has a 6 month notice period, only able to be served at the end of the contract, so in effect an 18 month contract. They regularly overcharge for "overweight" collections, and their customer service (Zaheer) is laughably bad. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else.
