Took my husband's Omega moon watch in for a repair and service. After sending it off to their work shop I was told it couldn't be repaired as it needed a new part that could not be obtained, due to the age of the watch. I took it to Allum Sidaway in Ringwood who not only repaired it but it came back looking brand spanking new!

We had been searching for our wedding bands for a while, especially mine as I have a solitaire engagement ring with a twist which no standard ring would fit comfortably alongside. I had a consultation with Piers and we discussed the option of a bespoke design based on an existing ring I owned which fitted perfectly to create a unique design when paired together. I felt confident that I had found the jewellers with the significant knowledge to make this idea come to life and that is exactly what they did. From

I ordered a bespoke engagement ring from Charles Nobel and my experience was brilliant. I initially phoned the store due to travel distance and was transferred to Piers when I explained what I was after. Piers booked me an appointment that day and talked me through the process.
I explained the style of band and setting that I wanted and Piers gave suggestions with the metal type and claws to hold the stones due to my partner's work, but also explained which styles would have less of an effect of the look of the piece. At no point were any "pushy" sales tactics used and I felt very comfortable

We brought in a diamond bar brooch which was an old family heirloom no longer worn. We presented a potential design featuring a pearl drop pendant. Mr Keith Bolland happily took us through the process of creating the best possible design incorporating most of the diamonds using his knowledge and expertise. It was a lengthy process due to Covid restrictions and lockdowns,however, we were kept up to date regularly. Eventually the pendant was ready and Wow! it is stunningly beautiful, a lovely piece that will be worn often. Thank you!

Charles Nobel recently made my wedding band to custom fit around my engagement ring. It wasn’t an easy one to do but they did a great job and took extra care. They even resized my engagement ring for free as part of the job!
