In 1888 in the small Cotswold town of Moreton-in-Marsh, John H Pye set up in business as a casement maker. By 1906 he was able to boast a wide range of contracts for his gunmetal, bronze and leaded glazing. From these beginnings were laid the very strong foundation upon which today's company is based.
Down the century the ownership of the business changed as the Pye family line passed on, but the traditions of the metal window craftsmanship and quality have endured. In 1957 the company became known as the Cotswold Casement Company - affectionately known locally as 'Casements' - and today is the oldest manufacturing company in the town.

Absolute rubbish service. First contact made in January this year, after repeated calls and emails finally got the quote, measured up- signed the t and c and paid required deposit in March. Still waiting 6 months later for window to arrive/be fitted. Multiple calls and promises to get back not answered. No idea why anyone would consider using this company

REVIEW OF COTSWOLD CASEMENT CO.
By: Ivan Semenenko
I have just completed my new house which I wanted it to fit within traditional Cotswold country houses but with complementary modern and ancient features.
The house structure has largely used reclaimed Cotswold, "honey", stone, mullions etc and reclaimed oak timbers- some of these have been dated as over 300 years old.
I wanred the windows and doors to be as invisible as possible so plumbed for large uninterupted doors and windows set into metal frames as slender as possible.
So most windows and doors were around 900mm X 2000mm with no cross

Having got 7 different quotes from similar companies I chose Cotswold Casement as they were the cheapest, they were local and my communication with Christine was brilliant. The service was excellent from the guidance on the different types of windows to a walk around the workshop to the installation of my new windows and doors. The overall experience was flawless and I am looking forward to working with this company again in the near future. They provide class, beauty and that timeless look to an affordable price.
