We had decided to build an extension on our house for a new kitchen/utility and knocking out the back of the house and creating a garden room with bifold doors to garden and spent some time asking for recommendations and reviewing local builders work. We also commissioned an architect to draw up plans based on our ideas. Once plans were completed… we asked three builders to quote for the work. CMP came in with a quote that on the face of it was the at the top end in price. We then spoke directly to the builders and it quickly became apparent that the CMP quote was actually competitive as

I cannot recommend CM Projects highly enough following our recently completed extension, kitchen and landscaping work.
Colin, Lisa and their Team provided a completed “project” which meant we didn’t need to source any other trades during the work. Everyone involved dovetailed together and none of our requests or questions were too much trouble to… anyone.
All the work was executed in a highly professional and courteous manner which pleased not only ourselves but our neighbours as well.
Inevitably problems cropped up and we added extras during the build. All were dealt with

We highly recommend CM Projects. We started with the modest goal of creating more space, but through Colin and Chris’ (360 Kitchens) vision and advice we ended up with a home that wouldn’t look out of place in… an interior design magazine.

I highly recommend cm projects for their first class building services we chose Colin and the team to do our single story kitchen extension plus garage conversion, and I could not fault them from start to… finish.
