Two steak sandwiches had to be reheated. Even then they weren't as hot as we expected. Apart from that, it was okay for bar food

Popped in just before Christmas and place was very busy but got a table and was served quickly and efficiently.
Food was very tasty and would defo go back!

Food is nice mostly but the buttermilk chicken burger was tasteless and "batter" or coating was a bit overcooked and not quite what i expected.
Club sandwich was a bit rough, should slice the chicken more finely and use a better bacon, and a bit more dressing/sauce. Fries were lovely. My son loved the satay chicken and the chicken wrap. Wouldn be nice to offer other ice cream flavours and not just vanilla.
Generally Staff were very nice and helpful.
Some staff pull down their masks to talk to each other and should really keep their masks on all the time.

Really like this place, however, the Covid precautions are appalling . No contact details taken, large groups of people, none wearing masks, staff mask wearing was poor, no hand gel available, no attempt to control numbers in bar, access to bar, entryways etc. We had our drink outside but wouldn't recommend until covid less of an issue.

Nice bar with great selection of drinks. Have a couple of IPA's on tap and the staff are nice and accomoadting. Even though we had not booked in advance the maitre'd was kind to create us a seat at the bar.

As busy as Buchanan street on a Saturday but that didn't stop the staff from being friendly and efficient, during our little snack the staff approached us at least twice to see if everything was ok. We will definitely be back.

Room was beautifully decorated and staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Food very good too. Bathroom however was terribly small and uncomfortable and smelled of drains. It also took over two minutes for the water to run warm. But when the chef didn’t show in time to cook breakfast they voluntarily offered some money back. They do so many things well - but the basics matter too.

Great place really enjoy the beer garden. The restaurant and in all the place is very clean. The staff are excellent and friendly can’t fault the food or service this place provides. Would highly recomend.

Rooms are nicely decorated (recently refurbished) but are very very small, bed very comfortable . The bathroom was tiny. It was impossible to use the toilet with the door closed! The room had a large window with a good view of the main street, however this also means people on the street have a good view into the room. There was no net curtain or blind to obscure the view. So when changing or using the bathroom unless you are prepared to perform for the good people of Giffnock it was necessary to close the blackout Venetian blind.
