In 2011 the practice was acquired by Broadthunder Accounting Ltd which is owned by Charles Lucas and Tom Bathgate. Tom and Charles are business partners and have been working together for over 15 years. Charles is a Chartered Accountant with considerable experience of a wide range of businesses, private clients and as a Finance Director in industry.
