Services
JDP Architects are a RIBA Chartered Architects' practice covering the Midlands and beyond. We deal with projects of all types and sizes from domestic extensions and residential developments to larger commercial and industrial schemes. Whether it's a domestic extension, residential development or larger industrial project, we tailor our services to meet your needs.
JDP Architects will guide you through your project from inception to completion, providing professional planning, management and support through all phases of the work. We handle anything from planning and building control drawings for your extension to a full architectural service for a complete new build.
The process starts with a visit to meet the client and discuss the project. Once appointed, we prepare a survey of the building or site and produce feasibility or sketch designs. We also have informal discussions with the Local Authority and check to ensure there are no public sewers, electricity cables or gas pipes that might affect your project (where appropriate).
