Established in 1998 we are a multi-award-winning architectural practice specialising in residential and commercial architecture. We all know that anything that is well designed has more value, and this is so important when for most of us, our buildings are our biggest investments. Our fees depend on the needs of each client; all our clients' requirements and objectives are different. We will be happy to provide a fee proposal when we have seen your project and understand your aims and the level of our involvement, which can range from gaining planning and building regulations approval through to obtaining quotes, and supervising the building contract through to completion handover.
Having worked on hundreds of projects, we have the know-how and experience to create every kind of new house, house extension, and home improvement and invite you to view our portfolio. We will be able to take your design ideas and translate them into a practical project.

Over the years we have been developing our 3D modelling skills and have always been able to show our clients 3D models of their projects. We have also been able to create CGI images to show what the project will look like when it is completed, all of which have been great tools to help our clients visualise their plans.

First used the company 18 years ago to design my barn conversion. Darren was extremely helpful in talking to the planners and helped us get more than we could have hoped for given the stance on conversion of agricultural buildings at the time. Since then they've assisted in obtaining pp for an extension. Highly recommended.

We have now been in our new house for one year
During that time, we have had time to find out how well it was designed and then subsequently built
Both your design and the building works have been super. As you know, the plot itself made both design and build very difficult, but all problems have been sorted out in an exemplary way
Many villagers have commented on what a lovely house it now is, which is quite a complement in view of the number of attractive houses we have around us.
