Ben has a gift to make things very easy to understand to someone that, like us, has no experience or knowledge in the area. He listened, understood and improved our inital concepts to a way that we never thought it could be done!
All in a very relaxed but professional manner, with no impositions or pressure, and with tremendous clarity.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Ben and can't thank him enough! He gave us ideas we hadn't even considered. Never had to chase for anything. Everything was done very promptly. The quality of the approved drawings is outstanding! The builder has even commented saying they're some of the best he's ever seen with over 30 years in the trade. Ben and the team helped with the planning of the rear (2 storey) and side extension of our house. They are patient and easy to communicate. Ben helped the negotiation with our neighbours and modified planning to make the application successful. Definitely recommend for planning work!
