Legislations require ALL customers to register their visit via Track and Trace upon arrival. 12 noon until 2pm and 6pm until 9pm for food (the pub is generally open in the evening until the last diners leave). 12 noon until 5pm for food. We close at 6pm. On high days and holidays we generally stay open throughout the afternoon.
The Cottage Inn is a country pub and restaurant, situated on the outskirts of Fillongley village and surrounded by beautiful North Warwickshire countryside. We are located approximately 300 yards along Blackhall Lane, just off the B4098 Coventry/Tamworth Road. The pub itself, parts of which date back to the early 18th century, has a dining area of approximately 80 covers, a large car park and pleasant garden.

As a veggie, the choices were excellent (even if our waitress was unaware they served the dish I ordered!)
The service was attentive without being obtrusive but very welcoming.
The prices were reasonable (but ignore the prices on the website, it hasn't been updated.) Expect to pay about £1 - £1.50 per dish more than shown online.
Would certainly make a return visit.

We went for a meal tonight 4th September 2021 as our son is leaving for University . Wow the meal was beautiful Great value and so delicious Thankyou to the chef for a wonderful meal. Service was Amazing lovely friendly staff . Service was so good didn't have too wait for your drinks . So efficient all the staff was. Thankyou for a wonderful meal out tonight great atmosphere really was. We will be back. This was the first time back since the start of the covid pandemic . And we had a wonderful time

A delightful old pub with excellent atmosphere, service and food. Large selection of food. Good senior menu. 2 courses for £9.95. Went on a Thursday lunchtime and very busy. A sign of a good restaurant if it's busy mid-week lunch time. I was visiting relatives in the area and it was their local. But I noticed the customers were all treated to a high standard whether they were known or not. Excellent landlords and staff. Can't recommend enough.
