Based in South Street, in sunny Eastbourne, we're out here trying to save the planet, one refill at a time! We are here to prove how easy it can be to shop Zero Waste and take a huge step towards reducing waste in every area of life. This way of shopping isn't new, this is how it used to be, we are taking it back!
Services
Where possible we source our bulk goods from suppliers that ship in paper or fabric sacks. We then reuse these in a myriad of ways from mulching in the garden to cutting up and making other zero waste life items from like produce bags and pouches for travel items. Some items however, find their way to us in plastic.
Two Sizes, A or B, OrganiCup, Organic medical Grade silicone menstrual Cup. Size A recommended for ladies under 34 or pre childbirth, Size B recommended for ladies over 34 or post childbirth. Charcoal, Tan, Light and Kids - 100% compostable and biodegradable from packet to plaster! Sustainably sourced Bamboo Chopping Board, perfect for the kitchen, also a cute serving platter!

I want to shop at ZW more often, but on more than three occasions they haven’t had the products I wanted. Sadly, I don’t think this is a coincidence, as my daughter has shared the same experience.
I don’t live in town, but I am willing to shop at ZW. However, you need to get those key products in stock and I’m sure people will make additional purchases, once they’re in the store.
The products we love to buy, which never seem to be in stock are:
Milk and dark chocolate buttons
Honeycomb
Sanitary towels
Toothbrushes
Breakfast tea.
Thanking you in advance.

Being green and organic is the trend these day.
Zero Waste is minimum waste in terms of recycling, reduction in packaging so that a goal of no trash can be achieved.
Zero Waste shops are popping all over world and Eastbourne now has a Zero Waste shop on South Street.
Went in randomly and got some cocoa nibs which are great toppings for yoghurts.

This is a fantastic and timely addition to Eastbourne.
This shop sells zero waste products, you buy your pasta, or porridge or washing liquids by weight and bring your own container. No plastic, no waste!
Good selection of products available and very helpful staff.
There's even a make your own peanut butter machine!
They also have eco-friendly toothpaste and toiletries.
If you care about the impact that you have on the environment then you should certainly check out this place.

Very nicely laid out shop, very clean and with a good selection of items. Only problem is price. We all need to do our bit to reduce waste, so if you can get there and the prices aren't too off putting its definitely a good place to shop. Hopefully places like this will increase and prices will become more affordable for everyone. I personally will need to wait for that to happen.

Abigail, Andy and their team have created something quite unique in Eastbourne with their Zero Waste store. It’s clear that they put a great deal of thought into every product they stock, from food, to cleaning products, to reusable items that might otherwise be thrown away. Their range of loose leaf teas is huge and very popular in our house, but the family’s favourite is the peanut butter! Abi and Andy clearly have a great passion for what they do, which results in quality offerings and a warm welcome on every visit.
