With my help and expertise you will not only achieve your goals, but look and feel better than ever before! You will be introduced to various fitness and personal training techniques including: Kick Boxing, Boxing, Circuit Training, Various resistance training, Core strength training and various body weight exercises. All designed to help you lose weight fast, and get fit and healthy, in a safe, enjoyable and natural manner.

From talented youngsters wanting to excel at their chosen sports to pensioners wanting to improve their overall health and well being, not to mention of course, those that just want to lose weight and tone up. Everyone is welcome to train with Andy, and always enjoy the benefits of doing so. Andy has always had a keen interest in keeping fit and has enjoyed being involved in almost every sport there is.
The measurements are all taken using special scales, so no need to strip and feel uncomfortable. I may also take a blood pressure reading if you haven't had one done recently to assess the condition of your heart. The initial consultation will usually only take around half an hour to and hour depending on how much you like to talk and how well we get on!
After having a consultation, we can start to develop a routine that will work for you and get the results you want in the best time possible. This will involve a diet plan and activity plan outside of your training time with me. While training I will make sure you are happy, comfortable and still making progress in the right way.
Probably the most important part of losing weight, getting fitter or building muscle is the food you eat. If you think of food as fuel: the better the fuel the smoother the engine will run. The better your food you eat, the healthier you will be. By balancing your diet: eating less of the wrong things and more of the right things, your goals will become much easier to achieve.
Having a personal trainer is a costly affair and can be thought of as a luxury for most people. I want to help as many people as possible so I thought a good way to do this is train several people at once. That way you can spread the cost and train with one or two of your friends, making it a more enjoyable and affordable proposition all round.

PT sessions with Andy have been exactly what I needed following the birth of my second child. It has been fantastic for my physical health and shape but had an even greater impact on my mental health. After post natal depression with my first child I knew I had to be proactive this time around so got in contact with Andy and haven't looked back. I am physically pushed but also mentally calmed each session and feel like I am 're-set' each week.
Andy is professional and great to work with and I would highly recommend him.

Just completed self-defence course (10 sessions) with Andy and it was a great experience. I really enjoyed it and now I am more confidante. At the beginning, I wasn’t sure if I needed to learn this type of martial art but after almost two sessions I realized its importance specially for me as a female.
I never tried this before, I have zero experience but I highly recommend it specially with Andy.

I had been going to the gym, and had lost a few inches and some weight, but had plateaued, and was lacking motivation. After 6 weeks with Andy, I felt incredible and even friends and family commented on my toned figure! I would highly recommend him!

I am hard to motivate when it comes to exercise, but Andy has been excellent. Gently encouraging and dedicated, I am never bored with his workouts.
He is extremely knowledgeable, his job is his passion, so it feeds through to his approach.
