And as such, we are not afraid to advise you against taking on a poor value finance agreement.
Here at Stour Valley Car Sales, we take responsibility for making sure you are taken care of after you drive off the forecourt. That's why we offer our own personal in-house warranty. This way, we can guarantee you will be looked after. In the event of an issue, our customers can deal with us directly and not spend hours on hold to a call centre only to be told that their issue isn't covered.

I bought a car from here a few weeks ago. I had an issue with the car that could never have been foreseen soon after collection but one phone call later the car was booked in to have the problem rectified. I was so happy with the service. The owner was only too helpful and made everything so easy. I would definitely recommend Stour Valley car sales!

Was sold a faulty vehicle, salesman was very reluctant to fix any problems, as soon as a refund was requested the salesman was extremely rude and intimidating to the female who was just trying to get the issue resolved. Very poor customer service, no need for sarcastic and facetious remarks from a presumably middle aged man. Unfortunately, you cannot provide 0 star reviews. 1 star is extremely generous.
