Although our archives show a letterhead announcing, John Bly - Antiques Dealers since the Reign of William IV', it was in 1891 that the present John Bly's grandfather formally established the business in Tring, Hertfordshire where it is still located.Since the early days, John Bly has been at the forefront of the antiques market and a leading name in the industry.

Studio Bly Intl. is the latest evolution in the John Bly story, its official launch in 2021 is a fitting commemoration of the 130th Anniversary and is reflective of the ongoing innovation the business has been built on.Headed by James Bly, great grandson of founder John Bly, the Studio Bly Intl. Bespoke partner's desk designed to specification and hand-made using 200 year old mahogany from the Bly family timber store.
