Now I do need to preface this review by saying I didn't end up having my appointment as I found my dress beforehand in another shop. So this review is just based on booking experience and communication.
The communication was excellent and prompt and the staff very friendly from the interactions I did have. I also loved the online lookbook you could use before your appointment. Nowhere else had this and this was a great feature!
This shop has really great word of mouth so is clearly doing a great job and it's a beautiful shop. I have walked past before and it looks lovely and a couple of friends

Goodness- where do I even start? I moved to Tunbridge Wells a few years ago, and spotted the shop almost instantly. Fast forward 3 years and a marriage proposal later, I knew instantly the one place I had to go in search for my dream dress.
The boutique is stunning and there is no shortage of incredible dresses and accessories to choose from, but the service is what makes this place so wonderful.
Nikki led my appointment, and I couldn't have asked for a lovelier and more helpful assistant. She was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived and was so patient and understanding - this coming

I have to admit thinking about wedding dresses and trying some on was my worst nightmare. I was very nervous and was not looking forward to the experience at all. I dealt with the lovely Claire who made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. She had a great selection of dresses that I tried and luckily for me I went for the first one I tried on. I just wanted to thank from the bottom of my heart the lovely Claire who made the whole experience perfect, and very exciting!

I had the most wonderful experience at Isabella Grace yesterday, it was exactly how I imagined it to be if not better! All the staff were wonderful, particularly Claire my consultant who was very helpful and friendly. She helped me find my perfect dress and gave me lots of choices and I walked away very happy and with my beautiful wedding dress. I would highly recommend to any future brides!

I came in yesterday to try on dresses and had the best day! Katie, the consultant, was so friendly and helpful and made me feel so comfortable. She quickly knew exactly what I was looking for and brought up a dress I hadn’t chosen. It ended up being the one! I love that you can look through the dresses and their prices on your own online portal before the appointment. I would definitely recommend Isabella Grace. My dad and bridesmaids, who came with me, all thought is was worth the drive from Canterbury. Plus I am in love with my dress! Thank you!
