Osteopaths are statutory regulated Primary Healthcare practitioners, and we are following strict guidelines as advised by Public Health England and the General Osteopathic Council. We are wearing PPE and having a fallow period between each appointment to allow for thorough cleaning of the practice to protect our patients.
We have always had high standards of hygiene but are taking extra precautions to protect our patients, however, if you have any cold symptoms, a cough or fever or recent change or loss in taste and smell, we request that you do not attend but postpone your treatment. If you are asymptomatic but a family member has any symptoms, again inline with Government guidelines we request that you self isolate and postpone your appointment.

Services
At Tarring Osteopaths our aim is to get you back to your daily life as quickly as possible, whether that is work, sports, gardening, playing with your children or grandchildren etc. We appreciate that coming to the osteopath can be a new experience for some and therefore understandably some may feel nervous.
At Tarring Osteopaths, we appreciate fully that your child's wellbeing is of the utmost importance, and ensure we work together with you and your baby or child. As with all our patients, treatment is tailored to each individual, using cranial osteopathy, which is very gentle, non-invasive technique, often used when treating young children and new born infants.
Please note that as we do not have a receptionist, we may not answer the phone immediately if we are treating. Please do leave a message and we guarantee we will call you back as soon as possible. The number 9 bus and the 'Pulse' stops are 5 minutes walk away from the clinic, stopping on Cowper Road (then walk up Shakespeare Road).

Without a doubt, Sacha and her team are the best osteopathic practice in Worthing. I have been a patient here for over 18 years (and yes, I have tried other osteopaths/chiropractors) and even though there may be months between needing to see her, the greeting upon arrival is friendly and the consultation is always thorough - she will always explain any issues and talk you through each step of the treatment. I couldn't recommend this practice enough!

Sacha & the team are so incredibly knowledgeable, supportive & professional. I cannot rate them highly enough.
I have multiple degenerative conditions and have tried many types of therapy with varying degrees of success.
Sacha & the team have treated the whole me & I am not only experiencing significantly reduced pain levels but have managed to get back movement I lost decades ago!
Go here! You will not regret it :)
