All osteopathic treatment should start by taking a case history. This is to find out what is wrong. It generally lasts 10-15mins and will involve questions not only about where the pain is but also how it started and what it feels like and the things that make it better and worse. You may be asked to undress down to your underwear.
Depending on where your pain is, you may only need to take off the top or bottom part of your clothes. If you prefer not to remove any clothing then please tell us, and you may leave them on, but they need to be thin, such as tracksuit bottoms or shorts and t-shirt or vest top. The reason osteopaths prefer to ask people to undress down to their underwear is so we can observe the area of pain more closely.

Thoroughly impressed. Gus my Osteopath is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and was great at explaining what he was doing and why. He sorted my piriformis issue out in just a few weeks. It was really hampering my weight training and now because of him I'm able to continue to progress on with no issues. Thank you so much Gus. You're a magician!!

Rosie is very professional and made me feel as relaxed as possible throughout the course of 4 sessions of treatment that I received. Rosie gave me a treatment plan of really helpful exercises that I am able to access via my phone and track my progress. The clinic has a very calming environment. I would definitely recommend!
