I'm Marcus - a creative, documentary Gloucestershire wedding photographer based in Cheltenham. I am a proud father to two amazing boys, Tom and Ben and husband to the equally lovely Danielle. When I'm not photographing weddings in the Cotswolds, it's family time and the adventures this brings. Travel and adventure outdoors tends to feature highly.
My work captures the fun of a wedding day in a creative, relaxed and candid way. I'm all about the colour and the moments. There are a wide range of images below from the getting ready shots in the morning, lots of lovely ceremonies and super speeches through to the party in the evening. There are also the in between bits: the ushers in a boat, your pets at your wedding, the sunsets, the tears, those unique moments that make up your wedding day.
I'll spend around 2 hours with you in an environment you feel comfortable, be it a city such as Bath (like Rosy & Jem did ), a wander up a big hill (like Priya & Tom did ) or somewhere in the Cotswold countryside (like Becky and Kevin did). If you aren't sure what to wear, I always suggest something you feel comfortable in.
Each one contains over 100 wedding photos by Bigeye Photography to tell the story through images of those fleeting, special moments that exist only for a very short time. A story told through my camera using light, shadow, fun, emotion and connection. I love the idea that by capturing your wedding, I'm creating a spark to ignite your memories.
Unobtrusive, relaxed and fun enabling you to enjoy your day while I focus on capturing true emotions. I'm with you around 2-3 hours before your ceremony and stay with you until around 30 minutes after your first dance. If the dance floor in rocking, I'll stay a little longer. All galleries are delivered via email with a link to your gallery, within 6 weeks of your wedding day.
