Roshni's treatment and exercise plans, with all the gradual additions and amendments, were great during my recovery. I also appreciated all the explanations and pieces of advice. Highly recommended!

Super pleased with the treatments so far. Highly recommend my physio Roshni. I am having a good progress. I wish I started seeing her a couple of years ago (as soon as I started working by a computer basically). The location is very convenient too.

Amazing physio office and Louisa is fabulous. Been to many physios in the city and she is by far the best. She takes a holistic approach to recovery, spends appointment time doing massage/manipulation to speed healing and provided on point exercises. Have recommended Portland & Oxford Circus physio to multiple friends and colleagues who have all had great experiences with Louisa and other therapists.

Great physio in a convenient location. I've been treated here twice and been looked after brilliantly both times. The treatment and care I received was second to none and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Roshni Shah.

I honestly can't thank Roshni enough for all her help in treating a recent foot stress fracture - she diagnosed it before an x-ray did! Her guidance meant that I didn't cause even more damage and am now well on the way to regaining the strength in my foot and walking normally again. She has such a caring personality and goes above and beyond to offer help and advice in between appointments.

Extremely Professional! I suffered from constant pain after and during my workout. It was huge relief to know the reasons. After the first appointment I felt much better and left the clinic with priceless knowledge. (and being able to train:)) Rebecca was incredibly professional, gave me detailed explanation and ensured that I understood everything. Thank you so much to the entirely team!

Highly Recommended - Post a shoulder operation I was referred to Portland Physiotherapy. I have been extremely impressed with the results in such a short space of time. The continued aftercare has also been of the highest of standards.

I came to see Jocelyn at PP for my ACL surgery rehab, and she has been nothing short of fantastic. She is considerate, professional but also realistic, enthusiastic and has helped me recover at a very good rate. The whole team, other physios and booking/reception are helpful, honestly the best possible experience i could have hoped for.

Highly recommended. Malcolm was quick to diagnose my back issue and I felt immediate improvement after the first session. He's always happy to give advice and guidance over email which has got me back into the gym again.
