St Tudy Pre-school was founded in 1981 to provide early years education to children and parents living in this rural part of Cornwall. We aim to offer a secure and caring environment in which children can meet, play together and enjoy a wide range of experiences. We meet in the our new bespoke preschool on the playing field in St Tudy which has excellent facilities including secure outside playing area.
This means that the children spend part of the session in the fresh air. Although children tend to progress to the village school, or to schools in neighbouring villages, children from any area or background are welcomed. We aim towards equality of opportunity and strive to be sensitive to any issues of culture, race, gender, special needs and varying family backgrounds.

Services
Enrolment at St Tudy Pre-school is easy. Please email us to arrange a suitable time for you and your child to come and meet our friendly team. You and your child will be invited to spend a morning session with us to familiarise him/her to the new surroundings. It is often felt that once your child is settled in an activity, your presence can become less apparent.
Our St Tudy Preschool Stay & Play sessions are held in at the pre-school every Tuesday from 9.30am-12 noon (during term-time) alongside our Pre-school session. We offer a super selection of stimulating toys for your baby and toddlers with music, craft and cooking activities available.
These sessions provide a valuable opportunity for you and your little ones to get to know the staff and children, and provide continuity for those who will be joining the Pre-school.
