Get on course for a golf feast. Loughgall Country Park and Golf Course has been designed to provide all golfers with a test of skill and composure. And what golfer could ask for more? A course that both challenges and teases offers a credible examination of concentration and confidence. Certainly, the front nine holes of this eye-catching par 72 creation will surely ask some pertinent questions of golfers irrespective of their handicap.
Loughgall Country Park is nothing if not an angler's paradise. The well stocked 37-acre 'Lough' - the dominant feature of the Park overall - is certainly proving to be a magnetic attraction for fishermen from near and far.
With 100 fishing stands now fully operational - there are facilities for the disabled included, of course - it means that the 'Lough' has more than adequate accommodation for those from the angling fraternity wishing to indulge in their passion.Funding for 70 of the 100 stands was received from DCAL through the Eu programme for Peace and Reconcilliation in Northern Ireland measure 1.2(A).

A bit inefficient that you have to leave your car to go into the office to show a card they scan or to pay. Would make more sense to scan at the barrier. It seems to be for the golfing fraternity. Maybe seperate the 2, especially atm with restrictions. We did ask about this before but were told its not possible..

Pleasant and underused spot with good play facilities for kids, a decent forest walk, small lake and picnic facilities. Small on site shop, not much in it. Slightly unusual entrance procedure where you stop at the barrier and walk in to reception, kinda slow if there's a couple cars trying to get in, and a slightly weird price of £2.35 to park a car. No problem with a charge but surely £2 or £2.50 would be simpler! There is a golf course on site but as I don't play golf I can't advise if it's any good.
