I purchased a family tree engraved necklace for my fiancée with our family names all on it. Within no time it was tarnishing and was sent a cleaning cloth to see if that somehow fixed the discolouration and scratches present.
Was then told that due to the design the two pieces knock together and it should only be worn occasionally?!?!
Why would I order something so personal for it to sit in a box and worn on an odd occasion??
After trying the treatment cloth sent out, this made little difference to the piece itself and within just a handful of times worn the chain also broke 😔

I got a bracelet off my wife with two links of my 1st daughter and our dog. We had our second daughter and went for another link for the bracelet. It's nothing like the original links. It's terrible quality compared to the first 2 links and wouldn't do the original links anymore for us. Really disappointed and wouldn't recommend again!

I have sent off my dog's nose impression just a couple of weeks before she has died suddenly so it was extremely important to me that the impressions were fine so I have contacted them to ensure they were good to produce a key ring. The staff was really helpful and gave me updates when asked and the key ring came back beautifully made plus I got impressions back, so if I ever need to do a second copy at least I have them to use. Highly recommended
