As a family run company, our care and nursing is the kind we'd want all of our loved ones to receive. We want to make life comfortable and enjoyable for all our residents, allowing them to live safely and as they choose. The staff are all friendly, caring and attentive with a genuine interest in all the residents.
The facilities are excellent and well thought out. My father initially went into Lyncroft for 3 weeks respite, but after 2 weeks decided to stay permanently. He loves it! The staff are lovely. Our individual care plans are designed to foster independence and for those in greater need, to ensure the best quality of life possible in warm and welcoming environments, an approach that makes our care homes award-winning.

Services
With excellent accommodation and a well-deserved reputation as one of the highest quality nursing homes in Sheffield, Abbey Grange is perfectly positioned to provide personalised, family-led care for up to 74 residents. Ashwood Nursing Home is situated amongst beautifully landscaped gardens in Spalding, Lincolnshire and offers family-led nursing, residential and dementia care.
Natalie joined Country Court in 2015 as Manager of our Tallington Home and is now manager at Rose Lodge Care Home in nearby Market Deeping. Natalie has many years' experience in the care industry and has managed several other local care homes. She operates an open-door policy, has a smile for everyone and is always on hand to answer questions from residents and families.
Our homes are designed to be exactly that - a home. For our residents who are mobile, they're a place to live as they would normally, with the added pleasure of having company (and no chores). For our residents in need of nursing, our facilities are exceptional, geared to the compassionate administration of individual medical care.
Moving into a care home is a big decision, some people will look forward to the change, but others may be anxious or uncertain about the move. At Country Court, we are here to help you and your family embark on the next chapter of your life.

During my dad George's short stay until his passing on Dec 3rd, the staff at Abbey Grange have shown nothing but compassion, care, dignity and total professionalism. They treated us with total respect and compassion and went out of their way to help us and keep us informed during tough covid restrictions, including numerous phone calls and facetime. If anyone is looking for a care home for their loved ones, I highly recommend the Grange

My mother has been left in her own diarrhoea for ages and not been cleaned properly. I am paying a lot of money for her to be in this home and she does not even get basic needs met. The food she is served is atrocious it’s something like you would find at a primary school for example one visit I had she had been served sausage roll chips and beans and to top it all of it was stone cold the lot of it. Disgraceful

Choosing a care home for a loved one can be daunting, not knowing what its like, will they be looked after properly as you would care for them? Is it safe? Is it clean? Etc. My nan was here for 4 years and I can hand in heart say that all the staff are lovely, well trained and really care. The rooms are nice. The food is good. I would recommend to anyone currently looking for a care home.
