Have bought, sold and let a couple properties using Colwills over the past 5 years and on every occasion they have been brilliant. The sales team were constantly giving me updates throughout the process and were extremely helpful from start to finish. The lettings team were also outstanding with their communication and made letting my property straightforward and stress free. An extremely professional well run company with great local knowledge. We have recently completed the sale of a property using Colwills. We found them to be absolutely brilliant from beginning to end of the process. Extremely knowledgeable about the local market and how changes in the country are likely to impact it. They also have a dedicated person for sales progression, who keeps an eye on how the sale is progressing and deals with any issues as they come up. We must record our appreciation of the fantastic service we received from Colwills on the recent sale of a family property. We initially met 3 local agents. Rob's valuation on the property was spot on. Of the others, one was way too high and the other too low. Rob was firm in resisting our higher expectations and was proved to be right with a sale price being acheived just above his figure.
