Great Experience! Josh was instrumental in us finding and expediting the completion on our new home.
I originally made an appointment with Josh to see what turned out to be our new house. My family and I drove by the property and concluded that it wasn't what we thought we were looking for. In fact, I rudely neglected to cancel the appointment I had made with Josh. He graciously accepted my apology when he followed up on the phone.
We eventually met Josh at a different property that we thought would be more to our liking. Josh was very pleasant and candid with his insights and market knowledge

We cannot thank highly enough the team at Regency Estates Bideford. Although we were the buyers of the property they were marketing, their help sorting out a lot of queries was invaluable and we are sure were good value for the sellers.

The team were amazing with our house sale. They were extremely professional in handling our situation, chased various parties (lots!) And kept us in the loop above and beyond expectations.
