Replaced the clutch and flywheel, in the end wasn't really the issue why it was slipping (corroded pipe) but may as well when its all off, But the car still slipped and so I took back and they drain the system but no issue they said so they told us its how we are driving it lol, I race cars as a Hobbie, anyway can't sell a old car with a slipping clutch, had to scrap it, they wasn't (vibe I got) happy to take it back second time so I refused to take the 3rd time despite the missis moaning bout it, I had to replace engine thermostat sensor which got ripped and tbh car never ran right again, there

My range rover had the dreaded exhaust filter full and went into limp mode without warning. Having used Andy and Marcus at Visar for many years I gave them a call fearing the worst. As Usual they where brilliant got the car dropped down ran a full diagnostic check and completed a DPF regen. I can highly recommend them and wouldn't go any where else.

Andy helped me when I was stranded in my Mazda Bongo with cooling system problems. He understands their eccentricities and although he had no space to take my vehicle in, he took two or three phone calls from me and the AA man to explain how to carry out the refilling operation. I would recommend anyone who has such a great professional attitude and knowledge. Thanks Andy. I got home. some gurgling and top ups, but made it.

Sadly I am unable to leave a 0 or negative star rating. It is difficult to put our experience with this garage in to words, but without exaggeration, we had the worst possible customer experience we have ever had in our lives, with VISAR garage in Sowerby, Thirsk.
This company was an approved fitter for a well known online tyre retailer up until a couple of weeks ago, and in the wake of the diabolic service we received, they have had their status revoked.
Mistakes happen, but for ALL FOUR of my car's brand new alloy wheels to have sustained such damage, which includes, but is not limited to:

What a fantastic service. Our engine went into limp mode while towing a caravan on the A1. Telephoned Visar who were local and they couldn't have been more helpful. Upon my arrival (with my family and dog) they accurately diagnosed the problem within minutes. A great, friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend them and thank them for their exceptional customer focus at my time of need allowing us to resume our holiday.
