At My little gift box, our aim is to dispatch your order within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please note, however, that any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. We make every effort to dispatch goods on time, but do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated times.
We are confident that you will love the products you purchase from us online. However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchases then we will be happy to accept returns up to 14 days from receipt of your order. We recommend that you email us at info@mylittlegiftbox.co.uk and let us know the reason for the return and we will advise the best way to proceed.
