Just purchased a second hand bike from GT. I received a fair price for my part exchange. The bike was serviced and fully checked over on collection. Really pleased. I dealt with Gareth during the purchase. He was professional and knowledgeable. The process was dealt with really quickly and he sorted out all aspects of the sale.

Complete rip off merchants. Over exaggerate prices. Inflated repairs. Popped to this garage to check the price and got a quote for over 1k took it to a few other garages and got quoted 200 which which pretty much means 800+inflsted price on a simple mot on a 125. Never use never take it to these people.

Update 4/6/21: Although I tried to contact Mike Granger at the time I never did get a call back. I think GTs offer to discuss was not genuine and posted just to soften the blow. I’ve since popped in a few months ago to have a drink. The new lady serving in the cafe was also quite patronising and rude. What is going on at GTs?
