The Park Hotel
Recently purchased by the Cameron Ventures Hotel Group, the Park Hotel has 19 eloquently furbished bedrooms set amongt the grounds. The Hotel is currently open as normal and we welcome all guests, old and new to come in for visit. We have some exciting things planned ahead and are currently in the process of designing our new website.

Watch this space for things to come. As much as we aim to please all of our guests wherever possible, due to a couple of incidents we have had to restrict dogs access to the patio/garden area & bedrooms only. Some may think we are barking mad! However we are trying to please as many people as possible.

Awful christmas meal, got more turkey in a tescos meal deal. Understaffed and poorly co-ordinated.

I don't go here as often as I should really but when I go here in my opinion they never fail me hence my 5 stars. Though the past 20 years and different management I've had lunches dinners work Christmas parties 25th silver wedding anniversary and more recently this year after getting cancelled had a wedding reception to attend of which the wedding itself took place this being in July and very recently last month a afternoon tea for two of which both of these were Excellent and I told two or three of the members at that time.

Most of the ground floor is dedicated to food, but the lunchtime menu is very limited though the food is plentiful. Drinks are reasonably priced, 1 bitter and a shed load of IPA drinks won't be enticing me back for a long time.

Great little last minute find. Covid regulations adhered to and completely seamless operation to book in. Very hard working staff. A few minutes walk from the town of Diss, with plenty of restaurants and fantastic old buildings. A town that has made the effort to keep its origins. Well worth a visit and not far from Bressingham Gardens and Steam Trains.

Deco a bit outdated. Very loud floor boards and thin walls in the room. We're woken up just after 5am by guests in other room. In the evenings we could here their TV.
The dinning area was nice, however the full breakfast was a bit oily for my liking. Second time I tried something different which was better.

We didn't stay at the hotel, so can't say anything about the rooms, but we met friends for a meal. Although reasonably priced it wasn't anything special, my meal was over done and not value for money. It was replaced at my request. We we're not asked if we wanted any condiments or asked if we were happy with the meal, and no butter served with the bread. It wasn't crowded, so no excuse for not offering better customer service.
