Services
Carver Knowles are delighted to bring to the market Lucas Farm, Corse Lawn on behalf of the Executors of the Late Peter Hartland. This is the first time the farm has been brought to the market in nearly 100 years. Lucas Farm is available in two lots: Lot 1 - Guide Price 975,000 A four-bed.

The CSF programme is a partnership between DEFRA, Natural England and the Environment Agency which offers farmers on-farm one-to-one advice in order to reduce water and air pollution.Currently CSF support is only available. The sale will be taking place at Lucas Farm, Corse Lawn, Gloucester, GL19 4NB.
We have been involved in a wide range of grant funded projects, so if you are looking for a new piece of machinery or wanting to diversify away from farming we are able to help. With a wide range of grants available it can be a daunting process finding the right one for you. Together with our technical knowledge and previous experience we can guide you through the whole process from expressing an interest to the final claim.
At Carver Knowles we specialise in all aspects of Agricultural Occupancy Conditions. This means we can submit planning applications for rural workers to live at or near their place of business as well as removing these occupancy conditions from dwellings where the restriction is no longer appropriate.
Using our technical knowledge of how the Basic Payment Scheme works together with our practical agricultural experience, we can help you put together your annual claim and discuss how to comply with the Greening obligations. This will ensure that your plans fit in with the Crop Diversification and Ecological Focus Area (EFA) requirements and that you are maintaining the necessary records to comply with the scheme rules.
With Basic Payment gradually reducing from 2021 onwards, income from environmental schemes is set to become increasingly important for landowners to make up this shortfall of income. Countryside Stewardship provides financial rewards for farmers for adopting certain land management practices or undertaking investments in farm infrastructure that benefit the natural environment.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Amelia Sheldon from Carver Knowles recently advised me on obtaining residential planning on my agricultural barn which was dealt with professionally and quickly. Planning consent was applied for and approved and cannot fault the way in which it was dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you.

I want to thank you for your kind assistance in obtaining 'permitted development' planning permission on the three barns. You clearly have a thorough knowledge of the workings of this government directive and you put that to good use on my behalf. I have battled with planners in the past to no avail and you seemed to do it all so simply. I cannot thank you enough for your very competent work.

Paid the full amount, and received very poor service. Can no longer trust them to submit the planning application. Very big disappointment. Would not recommend to my worst enemy
