At All-Of-You we truly believe that we can all contribute to our own happiness and mental well-being and as a starting point there are focused ways that we can do this.

Whether you have a mental health diagnosis like depression or anxiety, or have hit a difficult phase in your life, e.g. because of a past trauma, relationship difficulties, job stress or loss, or feel you are simply juggling too many responsibilities, research has shown that a therapeutic relationship with a counsellor in the right environment can make a big difference!

I was born in the U.K. and moved to India as a child. I spent many years in this beautiful country, and this experience formed and enhanced the person I am today, both personally and professionally. I live at home with my three beautiful children who teach me and enrich me every day. I am a Psychology graduate and qualified as a counsellor from the University of Ulster in 2009.
Below is some information about what counselling is and does, according to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Therapy offers you a safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable. It allows you to talk with someone who is trained to listen attentively and to help you improve things.
We offer you a bespoke counselling service, tailored individually to the needs of each client. Our approach is Integrative, and this approach is in fact our passion. The beauty of it is that we are able to consider every individual's needs, that one shoe does not need to fit all.

Techniques that we integrate come from the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, the Person-Centred approach, the Psychodynamic approach, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)/Tapping and various creative techniques such as Sand Tray and Art.We offer a confidential one-to-one service in central yet private premises in the Antrim Town Centre.
We offer a one-to-one counselling service for young people. The approach used is an Integrative one, combining CBT, person-centred and creative techniques for the best outcome with each young person. Depending on the age of the client, we will involve parents always at the assessment stage, and perhaps on an ongoing basis as required.
In my role as supervisor, my main concern is around reducing any perceived power imbalance, and creating an atmosphere where one professional can support another in a non-judgemental atmosphere. There are only extreme circumstances in which this role may become prescriptive, and my hope would be that an open atmosphere will reduce the chances of this ever occurring.
