Wish I could give zero stars…We had to take legal actions due to : The driver who delivered the skip, placed the skip too close to our driveway brick wall, when collected, they totally smashed the wall. We had footages and witness too however they informed us they not taking any responsibilities. We contacted them numerous times regarding compensation with no success, not even an apology and not to mention we had to wait 33 days for collection, not even communicated about reason of delay, we had to keep contacting them for collection. The most disgraceful service I have ever used and they advertising

Excellent service, from the telephone call to the young lady in the office placing my order to the driver delivering the skip and then subsequently the collection of the skip. I would definitely use this company again and would fully recommend them.

Service was outstanding from start to finish.
On delivery of skip there was a leakage from the skip, on calling the office the receptionist was very understanding, arranged for the skip to be collected and also arranged for the driveway to be jet washer.
The skip was collected as promised and at 6.30pm a brilliant guy arrived and spent over 40 mins cleaning my drive....outstanding service from start to finish...thank you once again

I initially phoned Call A Skip for a quote; which turned out to be the best value. From speaking to the receptionist to the young man who delivered the skip was a positive experience. The skip was delivered on time, the young man was both professional and friendly and promised to call back the next morning to collect, he was true to his word and came back first thing. I'd strongly recommend this company to anyone wishing to hire a skip. Many thanks Call A Skip.

Ordered a skip, measurements were confirmed numerous times a smaller skip delivered. Called to complain spoke to a rude old man who told me that's what I ordered. I sent an email and Thomas called me back. Thomas was very helpful and resolved the matter to the best of his ability. We still didn't get the skip we ordered for the price we were quoted over the phone, If we wanted the skip I ordered I would have had to pay extra. (Even though the exact measurements were confirmed over the phone numerous times and the member of staff I spoke to admitted confirming the measurements I was quoting) But

Really good service. We called and were advised they'd deliver in two days, they actually got to us early and the same on the collection. Nice people. Friendly staff. We'd definitely use again, judging from the amount of stuff to go we will need to. The skip was in good repair too, unlike the one we got from another company which spilled out all over the floor as the door wouldn't secure.

Brilliant experience with Call a Skip! Really friendly lady on the phone who was happy to answer all my silly questions (never had a skip before so a lot of questions!). She was professional yet open and friendly. The skip was delivered promptly and again by a lovely lady. We had more junk than we thought and needed another skip - in all, we had 2 skips delivered and removed in less than a week. I would 100% use this company again and highly recommend them to anybody. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Thank you, Call a Skip!
