Offering a range of different skip sizes ensures that you'll get the right one for the amount of waste you have lying around. Choose from either a mini or midi skip, a builder skip or a 14-yard skip. However, due to government legislations and operating permits we have for processing waste, there are some items which cannot be accepted.

Glass is too good a resource to end up in landfill. At our state-of-the-art facilities, we recycle around 90,000 tonnes of glass per annum that's converted into new single colour glass or recycled as aggregate. Designed to make recycling glass easier, with our specialised glass recycling Birmingham service, we collect clean mixed glass, so there is no need to sort and separate coloured glass yourself.
We'll pay for all types of household and industrial metals such as aluminium, copper and brass from you. The skip service is fine, drivers are great, it’s the ladies on the phone who are so rude, for no reason. So unhelpful, I remembered why I didn’t use this company for a while, It’s because of their attitude on the phone (maybe they have unhappy lives) I’d happily pay way more over than deal with their staff over the phone. Simple question you ask them you get a one word and then good bye. It’s like Anne Robinson is on the phone 😂 anyway rude as anything. I called once she said she doesn’t deliver to sparkhill, my husband said I got it wrong they do, Called again and then she gave

I was about to use this company for skip hire to help clear out my late mothers house however i needed some additional advise on size and other stuff so rang up to speak with someone. The woman who answered the phone was brash, dismissive, rude and completely unhelpful. Needless to say she has lost them business as I will take mine elsewhere. Thanks for being so awful you must have money to burn, manners and helpfulness not only cost nothing but I'm pretty sure are party of your job.

Wasn't ready for the skip to be collected but they just turned up and removed it without informing me.
*Have previously had several skips from this company and was told that the 7-10 days didn't apply and they would collect when requested. That has been the case with the other skips but obviously this rule is flexible to suit the company. Previous experience has been good, latest experience highlights an unpredictable company that turn up when they fancy without giving any indication.
