David was elected a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1973 and a Fellow in 1983 (Membership No. 46594).

A Fellow of the British Institute of Innkeeping (BII) to whom he has delivered briefings and seminars on a regional basis. David is also on the BII panel of recommended valuers/advisors and is a RICS Registered Valuer (2011).

We offer a free of charge, Strength of Case Review for every rent review or lease renewal case that is referred to us.
Morgan & Clarke are recognised as market leaders in negotiations at rent reviews and lease renewal. We do not accept instructions to advise or act for PubCos in either rent review or lease renewal instructions and will never do so. Our independence of thinking and client advice is of paramount importance to us.
The will of Parliament was that matters were intended to be simple. If you wanted to be free of tie you could make an application through the Pubs Code in a simple, straight forward and supposedly cost-effective manner. It did not work out that way at all. The log jam created by the PCA during 2016/2017 is now easing significantly with more cases coming through the system.
The Pubs Advisory Service (PAS) assists tenants & licensees in the licensed and leisure property sector to build and develop their pub business to achieve its optimum profitability and success. Morgan & Clarke have been working in conjunction with PAS for many years now and fully recommend them for their depth of knowledge.
