I found WBC on Google and I have to say it was a first class choice. Not only were they able to fulfil my client's requirements, but they did so quickly and efficiently. We just wanted to say thank you so much for our wicker baskets - they arrived today! What a brilliant company WBC are. First of all to reduce your minimum spend for us and then to get the baskets to us next day - fantastic! We can put one into church tomorrow so everyone can add a gift for our new vicar - lets hope it gets to overflowing and we need to use the second one.

First time using this company and it proved to be a very good choice. The quality of the items was excellent and the customer service was exemplary. It is reassuring to discover that a company still believes in offering a 1st class service from placing the order, to a speedy delivery and then when one of the items arrived damaged that a replacement was immediately despatched and arrived the next day.
I would like to say it was a pleasure doing business with WBC.

Rude service, accounting system completely out of order. Was told months later that my online payment did not go through, even though I got confirmation. All sounds shandy to me. Then when I did pay, their credit control manger hung up on me and I could not even get a chance to ask for proof of payment. Perhaps they will contact me again and say I didn't pay.
