Excellent service from Richard recently. I saw a bangle that I liked elsewhere but it was out of stock. In my hunt to find an alternative one I stumbled across Pobjoy Diamonds. I contacted Richard showing him the one I liked and he came back with a selection of similar items within a matter of an hour or so. I chose an item and it was delivered within a day. All very efficient and a great truly old fashioned service.
