Our promise is, that for the life of the purchased vendor support, you may log a support call directly with Systech IT Solutions(i). Systech promise to resolve the problem in the shortest possible time, through their own in house, highly qualified and certified technical experts.
In the unlikely event that Systech IT Solutions support are unable to resolve the issue quickly, we will immediately log a call on your behalf with the vendor support team and monitor, manage and expedite the logged call until the issue is closed by the vendor.
