How come I'm getting scam amazon calls from a number showing as an available managed number on your website?
How come when I call your number, no-one at your company is willing to do anything about this?

5 Stars: When setting up our martial art school ‘Karate Hull’ wanted a seamless easy to use website to which @onepoint has helped assist and maintain whenever needed. Would highly recommend to any company big or small these guys know what their doing!

Logged an issue with the team, two weeks have passed, issue has not been fixed, no updates from the OnePoint team, no contact from reps. This is not what I expected. .

Fantastic service from both the sales and tech team.
Everything arrived and was fitted on time b the team. Then when KCOM let us down the tech team came down to site late on a Friday night to make sure our systems didn't go down and kept us open for business!
Cant praise them enough!

A lack of communication so far with the business. A long list of issues with the phone system and reports, that are just blamed on developers. Realised there was a problem with the invoice 3 weeks ago and let them know, apparently this has been passed to the head of finance, but I still haven't heard anything. I have given up on chasing them regarding my issue and feel the only way left to go, is to leave a review.

Customer Service is the worse I have seen! Rang about a phone line was told to ask for Nicola. Then told Nicola doesnt work there. Then Ring back and told she does work there, but was on the phone. No oproblem, put me through to somebody else then, said they cant, only she can dal with it. Got put on hold again and then told she is in a meeting. Put on hold again and then somebody picked up the phone and said "we cant help you" and hung up......
Embarrassing service! I would have fired every single one of those staff members if they spoke to my customers like that! DO NOT BUY OFF THEM!
