When I was having problems with my car a few weeks ago I called in to see Victor for a bit of advice regarding purchasing a used car. He discussed my available options. Later that day he called into my place of work with a car we had discussed for me to look at. The deal was completed the following day and I drove away in my lovely new car. Nice and easy.
3 weeks later... I have an accident in my car! Completely my fault. Victor got onto it straight away, picked it up from my place of work, brought me a courtesy car over and kept me completely in the loop the whole week.

Yesterday a representative (possibly the owner) of this car dealership very kindly let me use their battery booster pack. I had been to visit a relative in the near by residential home, on my return to my car I found the battery was flat, it was over 60 miles for me to get home. Thank you for your help..!! The car dealership and service centre were both immaculate.

Victor has been superb to deal with, answered all of my queries quickly and professionally. A pleasure to deal with and buy our Citroen Relay from which we are so pleased with. We bought this during the Coronavirus lockdown so were unable to view but Victor made us feel really at ease, sent us videos/pictures and answered all of my questions at all hours of the day!
