Brought my MX-5 in for a new headlight unit, and in replacing it they have caused an electrical fault that they will not look at, or take responsibility for. Absolutely seething as I've now missed my re-arranged MOT appointment and can't get the AA to come and start the car as the MOT has expired. And of course the dealership won't send anyone out to fix it. Absolute disgrace and they've left me completely in the lurch. Don't risk it - their prices are extortionate as well, even for a dealer. Avoid avoid avoid.

Just had my car serviced here, and full check over. Only snag. They don't service wash/ clean your car afterwards!!! They Just dumped it in the car park. Not impressed at all!!!! considering the cost of the service/ bit discusted to be honest...

After being let down by the used car sales department with a few issues with my recent purchase, the after sales department have been outstanding. Simon in the service department and the young girl in parts have both shown what a credit they are to your business. They have restored my faith in this dealership.

Booked in to have a top box fitted to my Mazda2, I arrived at 8.30 and booked the car in explaining that I had to wait as I lived in Liverpool. It was gone 12.00 hrs when I was in formed that my car was ready, but the job hadn't been completed because they didn't have the correct rubber for the roof channel and that they had to order the correct part and I would have to go back the following day to have it fitted. For a total cost of £495. It means another drive from Liverpool to Warrington to have the job completed satisfactorily.When I arrived home I realised that they hadn't given me the keys

Wonderful buying experience. I was buying my car towards the end of 2018, and it was quite difficult for them to prepare the car for sale and hand it over to me before the year was out, as most staff were off for Christmas. They still provided a top notch service, with a good product at what I believe is an unbeatable price point. Would fully recommend going in for a chat if you're looking for a new car.
