Picked up my car the other day. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Daniel the sales person was very knowledgeable, not pushy and provided good advice. I have been a VW advocate previously, so this is a pleasant change and so far I am very pleased. I think their cars are much better built now than VW.

After sales poor. Never resolved problems on paintwork on a new car. Each time the car went in to Skoda. It came back with faults to the body work. Scratches to interior and exterior. Manager is no good. The team in after sales also very poor. Always asking what could they do. When in reality they should be telling the customer how they are to fix it. Needless to say nothing came from Skoda. Spend your money elsewhere.

Danny Preston was at hand from start to finish and couldn’t do enough to keep me updated during these challenging times (COVID and lack of raw materials).
