Having used a previous accountant and been unhappy with the service, I was recommended that I try this firm. What a difference. Very professional and Alex calmed my nerves on the phone. He dealt efficiently with queries and problems that I was experiencing and quickly resolved the issues we were facing. He is very informed and up to date in all tax matters and is always happy to help and respond. I felt I was important and my issues were totally resolvable. I emailed Alex when I was very stressed out about completing my husband's tax return. He was fantastic and explained everything to me and happily answered any of my questions. Alex has been absolutely fantastic. I contacted Alex after being recommended to me. I've had no issues and no worries at all, all fast and professional, definitely took a weight off my mind All done via email too which is super convenient but very thoughtful with my phone anxiety.
