NM money are useless. I booked an appointment with a eurochange nearly 3 weeks ago. The first call they hung up on me as I answered. I tried to ring back 5 times and no one answered the phone. I’m still, 3 weeks later, getting messages and emails from them saying they have tried to contact me but I’ve had no missed calls or anything. Again this morning I’ve rung them 3 times and no answer. I no longer want my appointment with them, I’ve since gone elsewhere and sorted my mortgage.

I had one call from this company and gave my details, I missed their call back and when I rung them back, each time the phone was put down on me.. A couple of days later they did a credit check on me, which I only knew about as I checked my report. Even though they have done this they have not contacted me at all.. I wrote an email on the 10th to… address my concerns and nothing, I've written another one today and doubt I'll get an explanation...
A response would be nice now though! This is unprofessional and rude. Really bad customer service, it's a shame I'll have to try else where now

I was worried about buying my Euros online, and NM money didn't have many reviews.
Well, if I could give more than 5 * I would, they were excellent, great exchange rate, kept me up to date by email and I received my currency the very next day by Royal Mail for free.
I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends & family.
