Absolutely disgusted with Fylde Coast Lettings...
As first time renters, we were expected to be helped by this so called “premium letting company” who promised they would do all they could to help. This was to be in fact not the case.
The woman who my partner and I was dealing with was called Gina and she was awful. She was pleasant at the start of the sale, and made us feel trusted. However as the days went on, there was a lack of communication, rapport and respect which left us with no option but to pull out of the agreement.
Fylde Coast Lettings gave me no tenancy agreement to look at
