Non professional and untrained staff, recently booked twice for same house. But both times cancelled the viewing appointment by saying that owner agreed to someone, when at the time of booking they assured us that we are the first ones to see it. Second time called us to check that we still interested in the house.
We cancelled our appointment & work days but they called us 15 mins before viewing that owner is not willing to show or agreed to someone without their knowledge.

The staff and management were both superb in handling my tenancy as there was a strong element of urgency in finding a new home after leaving hospital. The apartment itself was ideal for me as it was enough for me to be able to manage. I found that the questions I asked were answered promptly.
